What next
Initial
Once you have decided on your course, contact us by phone or email. If you have selected the outbound course we will provide you with dates and venues. If you have selected the inbound option we will then make an appointment to visit you. Prior to this we will send out a training prospectus via post or email, which ever is your preference.
Booking
Once you have confirmed your booking details,we will send out a confirmation of your booking, a contract between both parties and our terms and conditions for your approval. Once your booking has been agreed we will communicate with you prior to the event, send a training schedule and any pre course work when applicable. We will also require a list of delegates that will be attending. Each delegate will receive an agenda and details of their course in advance.
Event
At the event we will supply all the course work and collateral for each delegate. Our trainer will check for understanding throughout the duration of the course, to ensure that each delegate is learning. Each delegate will participate in workshops to enable them to put into practice their course content. At the end of each course we will ask for feedback to enable us to monitor individual’s comments on content and pace.
Ongoing
We will communicate with each delegate via email and ask for their participation with “on the job” feedback. A selection of this information can be viewed monthly via our online newsletter, which will be available for all delegates to access. This enables delegates to share best practice and keep up the positive momentum. On request, we supply collateral, to help you monitor your team and individual’s progress. We are always happy to talk to you and offer guidance to all delegates. Clients are encouraged to contact us at anytime as we are here to offer support and coaching and advice
